Binnen het Maintenance team in Bergen op Zoom zijn wij op zoek naar zowel leerling als ervaren mechanisch (storings) monteurs voor onze compounding units en zul je ingezet worden op meerdere plants binnen Bergen op Zoom. Deze units vormen een uitdagend werkgebied waarin je de juiste begeleiding krijgt om dat werkveld te beheersen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Het oplossen van mechanisch storingen aan onze assets.
  • Uitvoeren en begeleiden van reparaties, en optimalisaties aan onze installaties volgens de Sabic standaard.
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve en correctieve taken.
  • Terugkoppeling geven van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in SAP.
  • Geeft feedback en ondersteuning richting planning/werkvoorbereiding.
  • Doet voorstellen ter verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en kosten.
  • Begeleiden van projecten en de werkzaamheden door derden.
  • Beheren en deels verzorgen van de technische documentatie binnen het vakgebied.
  • Schrijven en documenteren/beheren van procedures/instructies.
  • Ondersteunen bij engineering werkzaamheden.
  • Onderdeel van deze rol is het lopen van consignatiediensten.

  • Zorgvuldig en zelfstandig taken uit kunnen voeren en snel en accuraat in kunnen spelen op veranderingen in proces of organisatie.
  • Teamplayer en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Resultaatgericht, doorzettingsvermogen, accuraat kunnen werken.
  • Creatief en gedreven om problemen bij de kern aan te pakken.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pré.

In goede fysieke conditie; kandidaten worden als onderdeel van de selectieprocedure medisch gekeurd voor aanname.
