**Your Role:**
You will lead the design vision and strategy across various projects, ensuring design and UX excellence. Responsibilities include leading the design team in Marketing Technology Solutions, contributing to the community of practice within UX/design across Digital Customer Offering, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in design, and mentoring other designers. You should have a strong design background, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in fast-paced environments. Your portfolio should showcase your expertise in various design disciplines, and you should be familiar with agile and lean methodologies.
