Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ESG Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading and managing ESG supply chain initiatives, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with ESG regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ESG supply chain initiatives across all TechnipFMC locations, globally.
  • Engage and liaise with clients, industry bodies, internal and external stakeholders on ESG-related matters.
  • Stay abreast of ESG and sustainability regulations, and implement best practices for compliance.
  • Contribute to program and system development to drive simplification, standardization, and industrialization.
  • Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage performance of goals set to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
  • Act as an ESG subject matter expert, developing informational material and providing training to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Implement ESG/Sustainability reporting systems, technologies, and automated processes to comply with regulatory reporting requirements and business strategy.
  • Develop internal controls and workflows for applicable ESG processes subject to audits and attestations.
  • Lead implementation of Management System at global level, and support local ESG strategies at country level while driving standardization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with prevailing ESG regulations.
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of oilfield services and/or manufacturing business operations.
  • Ability to independently analyze data and conduct data assessments.
  • Expertise in developing, processing, and presenting data of all kinds.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strength in collaboration with multi-functional teams, excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, people engagement, creative thinker, improvement driven, problem solver.
Work Environment

This role requires a minimum of 60-70% of the time to be spent in an office environment. Visits to company, client, industry, and supplier work environments may be required, which involves travel. Office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking, and some lifting. Some potential exposure to possible shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment, including high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic.
