We are seeking a highly skilled Master Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project planning department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led and coordinated all activities related to schedule and detail planning under the direction of the Project Planning Manager.
  • Mentored planners, ensured quality of schedules, and assisted the Project Director/Manager in resolving schedule-related challenges.
  • Supported the project and technical management team in planning activities governed by the Contract, internal procedures, and the Project Model.
  • Established the baseline schedule, including critical path analysis, and proactively ensured detailed planning, risk identification, and opportunities follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Relevant college or university degree (experience can compensate).
  • Over 10 years of relevant project planning experience.
  • Relevant team leader experience.
  • Training or certification within planning.
  • Advanced user of planning tool Primavera P6; good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • A structured, pro-active, and analytical mindset.
  • Basic technical and economic understanding.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Fluent in English – oral and written; Norwegian is a plus.
