Project Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Design Engineer to lead the Mechanical scope for our large-scale data centre project in Norway.

This is a 6-12 months contract, and the ideal candidate will have prior experience working on similar projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Mechanical solutions for data centres
  • Working closely with architects, construction teams, and other stakeholders
  • Managing budgets and tracking progress
  • Ensuring QA/QC compliance and reporting to management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience working on data centre projects
  • Strong leadership and budget management skills
  • Expertise in HVAC, cooling, and mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
  • Familiarity with international data centre design standards
  • EU passport or Norwegian work permit
