Project Completion Specialist

Omega 365 Consulting is a leading provider of highly skilled project personnel in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. We offer a wide range of consultant assignments, featuring many exciting projects in Norway and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and set up completion systems according to client governing documentation.
  • Facilitate completion systems and processes forums within the project and raise improvement proposals and issues to Systems and processes.
  • Participate in the review of project completion documents within the assigned project.
  • Assign job tasks and follow up completion systems coordinators within the Alliance/Project.
  • Prepare and update user manuals, quick guides, and training presentations within project completion systems and processes.
  • Liaison between the project and the basis completion organisation and responsible for communicating all changes in completion systems and processes using MOC when required.
  • Assist the project with handover and handover meetings.
  • Set up weekly and monthly reports for completion systems.
