As a Deputy Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and maintaining a high level of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:- Support the planning and execution of projects, including the development of project plans and schedules.
- Manage the internal interface between the project and the Service Site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the external interfaces between the project and marine logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure the efficient use of assigned resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Report progress status into our internal systems and to the Site Manager and/or Project Manager throughout the project.
- Receive goods, approve hours, and service order planning, maintenance, and closure within SAP.
- Deliver toolbox talks, back to work briefings, and be overall responsible for Safety and Wellbeing.
- 3+ years of experience with offshore wind and preferrable aftersales activities.
- Knowledge of the Stage Gate model.
- Deep knowledge of WTSR (wind turbine safety rules).
- Knowledge of the Vestas WTG portfolio.
- Good knowledge of MS office and SAP.
- Driver's license, category B.
- Electrically or mechanically minded.
- Strong HSEQ mindset, promoting safety and quality culture.
- Proactive and good problem-solving skills, is responsible and result-oriented.
- Takes initiative and enjoys working independently while having good teamwork skills, is inclusive and has the skills to motivate others.
- Organised and handles pressure well.
- Good communications skills, enjoys networking and building relationships with different stakeholders. Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Strong leadership skills and customer-focused.
