At Alstom, we are a leading global provider of railway solutions. Our mission is to move people and goods efficiently, safely, and sustainably. As a Site Planner, you will be part of our team responsible for the installation and commissioning of our transportation systems.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage detailed on-site activities schedules for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external customers and subcontractors to oversee and manage operations planning.
- Identify and resolve reported clashes and coordination issues between Alstom's Plan and customer plans.
- Oversee train delivery and ensure project execution is effective.
**Requirements**
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
- Scheduling tool: MS Project as a minimum.
- Advanced level of English language skills. Norwegian language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability.
