Maintenance Monitoring Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Monitoring Engineer to join our team at Statkraft. As a key member of our renewable energy operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our PV plants to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate with regional service engineering resources to undertake planned and reactive works at our PV plants.
- Compile monthly reports for each PV plant, incorporating inputs from the Data Analysis team and regional service engineering team.
- Ensure all site activities related to your portfolio adhere to Statkraft's H&S systems and regulatory requirements.
- Maximise performance, availability, and profitability of your assigned PV plants through daily monitoring and coordination with internal teams.
- Track performance and availability of each PV plant as KPIs and report to Asset Management/O&M Teams.
- Liaise with contractors and staff for updates on work being done and update applicable tickets.
- Review and understand O&M contracts applicable to each PV plant and ensure fulfilment of contractual requirements.
- Assist with determining maintenance requirements for equipment on each PV plant and ensure coverage in planned maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- University degree or experience in a similar field in renewable energy.
- Strong communication, planning, and technical skills.
- Service-focused with good relationship-building and management skills, including organisational ability and prioritisation.
- Excellent application of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project (or equivalent), and other applications.
- Full driving licence.
- Customer service experience.
