ROV Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROV Operations Specialist to join our team at DeepOcean. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex ROV operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ROV operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and repair ROV equipment, including winches, ROV handling systems, CCTV systems, and communication systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
- Monitor and report on equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ROV operations and management
- Strong technical understanding of ROV systems, including electrical and hydraulic systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and understand complex technical drawings
- Customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
