About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results in the subsea industry. As a ROV Supervisor Leader, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of ROV operators and technicians to ensure seamless operation of ROV systems;
  • Maintaining high levels of safety and efficiency throughout operations;
  • Collaborating with vessel management and clients to achieve project objectives;
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve operational effectiveness;
  • Providing training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the subsea industry, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Strong technical knowledge of ROV systems and operations;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
