About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a testing schedule, conducting independent testing of operational risk controls, and identifying control gaps, weaknesses, and potential risks. You will work closely with various teams, including risk management, compliance, and business units, to design, execute, and report on control testing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a testing schedule covering all LCI's testing requirements.
  • Conduct independent testing of operational risk controls in the LCI organisation to ensure the control environment is robust, comprehensive, and effective, by evaluating their design and operation.
  • Include in control testing the pre-testing activities such as scoping, testing documentation, and logistical requirements of the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify control gaps, weaknesses, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations.

You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Your strong verbal and written communication skills in English will enable you to present complex information clearly. You will work independently and manage multiple priorities, while collaborating effectively across teams.
