We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Service Technician to join our team at 1X. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing our advanced humanoid robots.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and components
- Contribute to the improvement of our service organization and processes
- Collaborate with engineers from different robotics disciplines and work closely with other hardware and software teams
- Work in a dynamic environment where balancing competing priorities and timelines is required
- Knowledge and experience with electrical and electronic systems
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical assemblies
- Ability to dive in and easily understand complex systems
- Detail-oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with writing technical documentation
- Experience with soldering
