Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimating/MLC Coordinator to join our Subsea Alliance team at Omega Project Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality in defined processes with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' estimating and MLC processes, including education and development/improvement.
  2. Coordinate and ensure that each function/party performs their role in accordance with relevant processes.
  3. Drive improvements within the estimating area and support ongoing digitalization and flow efficiency initiatives.
  4. Establish, manage, and continuously improve a standard estimate/MLC submission package(s) to demonstrate our Subsea Alliance value proposition to all stakeholders.
  5. Develop and manage a 'rolling' Alliance Performance Package supporting our Alliance Manager and Commercial Manager in stakeholder management both internally at client and to the company's industry peers and license partners.
  6. Perform cost engineering tasks as required for the position.
