The Role

We are seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team as a Campervan Operations Supervisor. As the face of our company, you will report directly to the Operations Area Manager and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
  2. Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and ensuring our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
  3. Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
  4. Manage booking activities, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  5. Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure smooth operations;
  6. Prepare and clean our campervans;
  7. Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.

Requirements

  1. You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car being desirable;
  2. You're fluent in English (mandatory);
  3. You're eligible to work in Norway, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
  4. You're available to work weekends and national holidays;
  5. You're a responsible person who takes your work seriously and can be relied upon;
  6. You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
