">You will succeed in this role if you can build strong relationships at all levels within the client organization, ensure BCD Travel is aware of strategic changes within the client organization, and develop account plans through strong knowledge of the client's business strategy, goals, priorities, and key issues. Additionally, you will improve profitability where possible and provide strong partnership within the team and other departments to meet customer requirements.
">About the Skills and Qualifications
">- Prior experience in travel management companies or related business travel account experience desired.
- Able to act as a 'business owner' and own the growth/profitability of client portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology and business knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels comfortably.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
