Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Project Health and Safety Manager to facilitate all aspects of health and safety in our projects from tender to close-out. The successful candidate will develop and implement health and safety activities, objectives, and plans, ensuring compliance with employer and contract requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective coordination and communication with Employer's H&S Lead
- Establishing and maintaining health and safety programs
- Implementing the Project H&S Management Plan and communicating its policies and objectives
- Follow-up of suppliers, subcontractors, installation sites, and vessels
- Auditing – Coordinate client audits and perform audits on suppliers/sub-contractors
The ideal candidate possesses a University degree in engineering or health and safety discipline, preferably with H&S experience from marine and/or land-based industry. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, along with excellent interpersonal, team player, and communication skills.
