In this exciting role as Talent Development Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change and empower our employees at Orkla Health Holding AS.

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive L&D programs, conducting training needs assessments, and overseeing the LMS. You'll also collaborate closely with HR Directors and the CPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement L&D initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging leadership development programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic professional with:

  • A degree in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, HR, or Pedagogy.
  • 6-10 years of experience in L&D, organizational development, or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and delivering L&D programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
