IT Helpdesk Specialist

At TN Norway, we are looking for a talented IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients using the Norwegian language and work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

1. Offer technical support and troubleshooting services to clients using the Norwegian language.
2. Assist customers with hardware and software-related queries.
3. Communicate effectively through various communication channels.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.
• Relevant experience in IT support or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to relocating to Greece and working onsite.

What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive salary of €1300-€1500 per month plus performance bonus up to €300.
