Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Head Energy AS.

About the Role

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing warehouse operations in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse operations including goods receipt, stock placement, quality control, and shipping in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Initial inspection of all received goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform quality control on demand and move parts to blocked stock if necessary.
  • Responsible for calling technical support on demand to resolve any issues related to goods receipt or storage.
  • Stock placement of materials/spares in a safe and organized manner.
  • Report and register all deviations on received goods in accordance with company procedures.
  • Notify project teams of received material to ensure timely processing.
  • File documentation according to procedures to maintain accurate records.
  • Move materials and register all movements in SAP WMA (SYCLO) and SAP IM 4.3.
  • Pick parts using SAP WMA (SYCLO) and directly in SAP (MIGO) SAP IM 4.3.
  • Pack and send requested materials in accordance with Company instructions.
  • Perform/order internal- or external transportation on request, following different regulations (airfreight/Dangerous goods and other).
  • Ensure that carriers are certified for transportation to guarantee safe delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment inside and outside.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • Certificate of completed apprenticeship in Logistic or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate in packing and safe loading/knowledge NoG091/Airfreight regulations/Dangerous goods movement.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the industry.
Required Certificate
  • Forklift (T1, T2, T4 & T8/T20) - T2 and T4 is a must.
