Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A PhD or similar level of competence in relevant areas such as land surface processes, climate science, or machine learning.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience with land surface models or similar platforms.
  • Flexible programming skills in languages like Python.
  • The ability to speak and write confidently in academic English.
  • A working knowledge of Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and in groups.
