Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Planner to join our team at Omega 365 Consulting. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing project execution schedules for all Construction disciplines in all phases of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project execution schedules for Construction disciplines.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control schedule deviations caused by changes, delays, or resource limitations.
  • Perform re-scheduling as necessary to secure overall project schedule.
  • Contribute to consequence analysis to determine discipline consequences.

Requirements

  • MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
  • Offshore experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of project scope and handle multiple disciplines or fields within planning.
  • Skills to tackle complex situations or problems by using combined skills of different disciplines to develop holistic solutions.
  • Good collaborative skills, outgoing, and ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive and transparent attitude towards team interaction and clients.
  • Focusing on honesty, predictability, and transparency in all aspects of work.
  • HSSE focus.
  • Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and a team player.
