About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Industrialisation Engineer to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our signalling projects team, you will be responsible for managing the industrial scope and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Review industrial requirements during the tender phase to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Participate in technical design reviews to ensure manufacturability, installation, and cost-effectiveness
  • Perform design for manufacturing, installation, and cost (DFMIC) during the design phase to optimise project outcomes
  • Manage industrial quality, cost, and delivery to ensure project success
  • Build and maintain a return of experience from manufacturing and installation to inform future design decisions
  • Define the generic product industrial breakdown structure (MBOM) to streamline project execution
  • Support quality and sourcing in case of non-conformity or issues at suppliers to find and implement corrective solutions
About You

  • A degree in process engineering, electronics, or electromechanics
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacture production or a similar role
  • Advanced/business fluent level of English; Norwegian language skills are beneficial
  • Experience working with engineering, procurement, quality, international, and external suppliers
  • Desired competencies: autonomous, teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results, and flexibility
  • Flexibility to travel to a low-medium degree within Europe
  • Beneficial to have experience with DFMIC
