EMEA Reporting and Analytics Expert

Join us as an EMEA Reporting and Analytics Expert and play a key role in shaping the future of data insights in the EMEA region. As a critical member of the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine team, you will be responsible for providing strategic data insights to stakeholders across the region. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and presentation tools to effectively communicate insights and performance metrics to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for harmonizing processes where it makes sense and specializing where it creates value, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Your primary objective will be to ensure a single version of the truth across the region, enabling senior leaders and operational teams to have key performance metrics and insights available at their fingertips. To achieve this, you will work closely with stakeholders across sales, medical, commercial, and executive leadership teams to gather and analyze data insights. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about data analysis and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and presentation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, medical, commercial, and executive leadership teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a reporting or data analytics role, preferably within a sales or medical environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in various analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, machine learning, predictive modeling, optimization, simulation, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
