Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Data Insights Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine team, you will be responsible for providing critical data insights to stakeholders across the region. This role involves defining and executing the insight strategy and roadmap for various stakeholders, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Your primary objective will be to ensure a single version of the truth across the region, enabling senior leaders and operational teams to have key performance metrics and insights available at their fingertips. To achieve this, you will work closely with stakeholders across sales, medical, commercial, and executive leadership teams to gather and analyze data insights.

You will also be responsible for harmonizing processes where it makes sense and specializing where it creates value, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards and presentation tools to effectively communicate insights and performance metrics to stakeholders. Your strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the insight strategy and roadmap for various stakeholders.
  • Harmonize processes where it makes sense and specialize where it creates value.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and presentation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, medical, commercial, and executive leadership teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a reporting or data analytics role, preferably within a sales or medical environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in various analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, machine learning, predictive modeling, optimization, simulation, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
