Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the modeling team within the Gas and LNG commodity market research team
- Technical research of energy commodity markets and understanding gas and LNG price formation
- Gathering, classifying, analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources through statistical methods and economic analysis
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong academic track record in a data driven field such as mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, quantitative finance or information technology. Experience with developing numerical models/algorithms to describe processes within science, economics, markets or similar is also required.
