Field Application Specialist

We are seeking a talented Field Application Engineer to join our team at Nanopower Semiconductor. As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and product teams by providing technical expertise to customers. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their specific requirements, offering tailored solutions, and assisting with the integration and optimization of our products in their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers for Nanopower Semiconductor products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Assist customers with the design, integration, and optimization of Nanopower solutions into their applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal engineering and product development teams.
- Provide detailed feedback on customer requirements, application challenges, and competitive landscape to guide product development and strategy.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Nanopower's technology and main applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in field application engineering, technical support, or a similar role within the semiconductor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products, low-power design principles, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of analogue, mixed-signal, and power management ICs.
- Proven track record of supporting customers in the design and implementation of semiconductor solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
