As a key member of the Finance Team, you will work closely with various departments and our newly established Sustainability Team to ensure effective coordination of ESG efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainability:
  • Develop and implement the organization's sustainability strategy, including action planning and goal setting
  • Ensure coordinated ESG efforts across finance, operations and sustainability stakeholders
  • Lead sustainability reporting, including data collection, analysis and compliance with relevant sustainability regulations
  • Act as subject matter expert for sustainability analytics, governance and reporting
  • Enhance the organization's double materiality assessment and monitor sustainability initiatives
  • Drive sustainability awareness and best practices among internal and external stakeholders
Finance:
  • Prepare financial reports for the organization, including monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Support cash flow management and contribute to internal control routines and processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interest in sustainability with good understanding of ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Project management skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience with financial systems and processes, preferably within a group structure
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
  • Strong collaboration skills to bridge finance and sustainability efforts within the organization
