The Opportunity:
This is an exciting chance for a self-motivated and friendly retailer/customer service expert to join our team and take ownership of the Travelex store. As the face of our brand, you will promote our travel money products, exceed customer expectations, and drive success in delivering excellence in customer service and achieving individual performance targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual performance targets
- Maximize sales growth and promote our Travelex product range
- Embody the digital mindset through social media engagement
- Ensure accurate stock levels and investigate discrepancies
- Comply with all company and location policies and procedures
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess a passion for travel and a positive attitude
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team member
- Show enthusiasm for working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
- Able to handle routine activities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
- Able to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
