Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Ability to efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is beneficial.
