About the Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries and issues related to our services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality assurance. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with your fluency in Norwegian, will enable you to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Norwegian.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of service standards.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture is necessary.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
