Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Security Consultant Microsoft to join our Consulting Division at Telenor Cyberdefence HQ in Oslo/Fornebu. As a Security Consultant Microsoft, you will work in a team of leading experts on Microsoft technology, including deep knowledge of Azure, Defender, and Sentinel.
Key Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends within the Nordic market for security services and apply this knowledge to enhance Telenor Cyberdefence's consulting business.
- Lead digital transformation projects with a Cloud First strategy, working closely with our customers.
- Advocate for other Telenor Cyberdefence services, such as penetration testing, MDR, and managed services.
- Lead or participate in dynamic teams consisting of Telenor Cyberdefence consultants and client personnel.
- Contribute to the development of security consulting services offered by Telenor Cyberdefence in collaboration with colleagues from the Consulting Division and the service portfolio function.
- Ensure the profitability of consulting projects through correct scope definition, high-quality contributions, and efficient time management.
- Communicate and interact effectively across organizational boundaries, participating in business forums at local, Nordic, and global levels.
- Several years of experience in managing/participating in consulting projects for businesses/public sector organizations within the Microsoft universe.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft's portfolio of security products, with Microsoft Certifications like AZ-500, SC-100, and SC-200.
- A sound understanding of the Nordic security market and the Nordic security consulting industry, as well as a thorough understanding of existing and upcoming security technologies.
- Strong and inspiring communication skills, both externally and internally.
- Proven ability to cooperate with other team members and client teams, as well as the sales and service portfolio functions in consulting companies, preferably in an MSSP.
- Ability to combine customer orientation with a strong drive to run profitable projects.
- Professional fluency in verbal and written English and a Scandinavian language is required.
- Preferably a bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, with good academic results.
