Subject Matter Expert Targeting Specialist

At TN Norway, we are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team as a Targeting Subject Matter Expert. This role will involve working with the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) to support their exercises and operations.

The JWC is a NATO establishment focused on improving the Alliance's operational capabilities through training and exercises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to the JWC on targeting-related matters.

You will work closely with the JWC's Exercise Control staff to develop and implement targeting plans and strategies. This will involve analyzing and understanding the targeting campaign as depicted in the scenario documentation provided by the JWC.

In this role, you will also be responsible for producing all targeting-related products, including Basic Target Graphics, associated IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT products and reports in support of deliberate and JTST targets.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a good knowledge of operational and tactical-level staff processes and campaign synchronization.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of operational targeting experience and be proficient in using the Joint Targeting System (JTS), Flexible Advanced C2 Services for Time-Sensitive Targeting (FAST), JCHAT, and NATO CDE methodology.
