Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team at TN Norway. As a key member of our software development process, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated testing frameworks for backend APIs and frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks for backend APIs and frontend systems
  • Create automated end-to-end, integration, and performance tests for core workflows
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering leads to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify, document, and track bugs while working with developers to ensure swift resolution
  • Refine and enhance QA processes to deliver features faster and more efficiently
  • Conduct security testing to keep systems safe and compliant
  • Review automated test results, improve test coverage, and enhance overall system reliability

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in test automation for backend and frontend systems
  • You are knowledgeable about performance testing tools such as K6, JMeter, and Gatling
  • You have experience in security testing practices, including encryption validation and vulnerability scanning
  • You are a clear communicator who thrives in team environments and is dedicated to delivering high-quality software
