We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our culinary team at Strawberry and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Our F&B Offerings

  • Restaurant: A fine dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and à la carte options.
  • Bar: A cocktail bar with a snack menu located in the lobby area.
  • Rooftop Bar: A seasonal bar serving shellfish and seafood on the 9th floor.
  • Rooftop Grill: A seasonal restaurant on the 9th floor.
  • Conference and Event Spaces: Three board rooms and three other meeting spaces, including private chambers.

About You

  • A well-trained and experienced Chef with previous responsibilities as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-standard hotel or restaurant.

The Head Chef will be responsible for operating the kitchen on a daily basis and developing menus in the different departments. You will be responsible for training and development of the kitchen staff. You will be able to take part in a creative F&B department and develop the departments and different concepts together with the team.
