Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as a Global Head of Core Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting strategic unit planning, leading the Global HR Applications Competence Center, and Finance Applications Teams.

The Key Responsibilities

As a Global Head of Core Applications, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing stakeholder dialogue
  • Ensuring stable and secure delivery of IT services
  • Overseeing governance of various functional groups related to HR and Finance Applications
  • Managing delivery of strategic IT & digitalization projects

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT leader who can contribute to the evolution of our IT leadership team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional IT leadership/management experience
  • Prior experience from a global shared service IT environment or a well-recognized technology/management consulting company
  • Demonstrable experience from global organizations managing distributed teams in different geographies/cultures
  • Good understanding of relevant technologies (including ERP, HCM, and CRM) and modern technology concepts
