This position is part of the DIGE team - Data Management at IKM Consultants AS.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement efficient information management strategies from capture to disposal, encompassing revision control, retention requirements, and approval workflows as needed, including correspondence management.
  2. Provide consumer-centric guidance and support in adhering to processes and utilizing tools.
  3. Respond to consumer requests, such as locating, updating, categorizing, etc.
  4. Serve as a superuser for system configuration in PIMS, SharePoint, and Teams.
  5. Advise on lifecycle requirements for documents and content, including subcontractors and strategic partners, ensuring work completion according to plan and contracts.
  6. Monitor document and content consumption, including access by individuals and storage systems.
  7. Maintain an understanding of quality in document and content management.
  8. Support activities identifying opportunities for greater automation.
