The Position

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute omnichannel marketing activities across various digital channels, including social media and search engines, aligned with our business goals.

  • Leverage data to improve customer experiences, scale experiments, and adopt AI technologies to enhance both internal processes and customer interactions.

  • Lead all aspects across the lifecycle of our home care and primary care products, ensuring successful launch, pricing, and sales support.

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual passionate about marketing and innovation, with a strong curiosity for digital solutions, AI, and data activation. You should have a balance between strategic and tactical thinking, familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, project management skills, and a keen sense of graphic design. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing or product management role, with a deep understanding of patient-centric solutions in primary and home care.

  • A minimum of 3 years of education in marketing and product management.

  • Experience in implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Proficient in both Norwegian and English.
