  • Order management: receiving and processing orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Coordination with Logistics and Supply Chain: ensuring product availability
  • Tracking shipments: anticipating bottlenecks and proactively escalating any potential issues
  • Supporting reMarkable Global Reseller Managers to enhance operational efficiency
  • Managing prices in our system: assisting in price calculations
  • Compiling partner forecasts to support demand planning
  • Providing administrative support: including reporting and maintaining planning documents for orders, deliveries, and forecasts

Qualifications:
  • A structured approach to operations: passion for improving processes and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in purchasing departments, order management, administration, sales operations, or logistics
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven mindset
  • Good mathematical skills and Excel proficiency: open to learning more
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English: comfortable with written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable standing up for opinions in the team
  • ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
  • An interest in using IT Systems optimally
