We're seeking a Fundraising Specialist to join our team at TN Norway, an NGO dedicated to empowering disadvantaged girls through education and community development.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies that align with our organization's mission and objectives. This will involve:

  • DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING COMPREHENSIVE FUNDRAISING PLANS TO MEET OR EXCEED ANNUAL TARGETS.
  • BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS TO SECURE FUNDS AND RESOURCES FOR OUR PROJECTS.
  • IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR FUNDING AND REVENUE GROWTH, EXPLORING INNOVATIVE WAYS TO GENERATE INCOME FOR THE ORGANIZATION.
  • ANALYZING DATA AND TRACKING FUNDRAISING PROGRESS, PROVIDING REGULAR REPORTS TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
  • EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DONORS, PARTNERS, AND TEAM MEMBERS.
  • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO PRIORITY TASKS AND MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
  • FAMILIARITY WITH FUNDRAISING SOFTWARE, ONLINE PLATFORMS, AND OTHER TOOLS TO SUPPORT FUNDRAISING EFFORTS.
  • THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM, WITH A PASSION FOR MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE LIVES OF OTHERS.
