About This Opportunity
We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Instrument Engineer to join our team at Head Energy. As a key member of our automation discipline, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a discipline expert for Instrument engineering activities.
- Prepare for taking over the system and equipment from the project, establish good handover plans, and carry out verification of quality against specifications.
- Responsible for field instrumentation and field equipment for safety systems.
- Technical discipline responsible for barrier functions for instrumented systems.
- Operational procedures owner.
- Typical work tasks can be:
- Secure necessary tools and frameworks are established for operations phase.
- Secure compliance and continuous improvement of operational procedures.
- Ensure that the established work practices and procedures for offshore work are delivered with the expected quality.
Requirements:
- Education - Bachelor within relevant discipline. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
- Minimum 7 years' experience within technical field/discipline.
- Experience from the project is preferred.
- The successful applicant will be given the necessary training to succeed.
- Fluent abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.
