Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at TN Norway. As a Card Issuing Professional, you will be responsible for handling disputes related to card issuing services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be fluent in English and Swedish. German and Finnish are considered advantages. Experience in case management and the card industry is also preferred.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to resolve their disputes in a timely and professional manner. You will also participate in the development of dispute handling services and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process complaints for Nordic and international banks
  • Cooperate closely with customers in connection with problems arising from disputes
