About the Role

TN Norway is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves providing technical support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, while promoting Vertiv as a professional service provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance with complex problems, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, salesmen, and distributors, fostering long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in power systems engineering, with a strong understanding of UPS systems and other power equipment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Clean, valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently, sometimes at short notice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with relevant certifications and training.
