Welcome to Comfort Hotel Runway, where we strive to create a unique urban experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests feel right at home.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor, setting the tone for a great stay
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries in a seamless and efficient manner
  • SUPPORTING guests with local tips, insider recommendations, and general assistance to create a connection that goes beyond the basics
  • Maintaining a vibrant and positive atmosphere in our barception area, working closely with colleagues to uphold our brand's effortless, urban vibe
  • Work hours will be according to schedule, with shifts from 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00, including weekends and holidays.
