In this role, you will be responsible for creating a memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client above all else. This involves discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, and serving as a Brand Ambassador.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional service, meeting client needs and requests, and adhering to the 'client journey ceremony.'
  2. Exceeding individual sales targets and maximizing own sales performances to contribute to the store's success.
  3. Achieving KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  4. Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and DNA.
  5. Capturing client data into the Company CRM to develop relationships and offer a personalized approach.
  6. Embracing the omni-channel mindset and utilizing digital tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
  7. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion, including trends and competitors.
  8. Resolving client complaints, working collaboratively with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
  9. Maintaining accurate records using Company digital tools and respecting products.
  10. Hosting customer appointments, utilizing technology for virtual meetings when required.
  11. Collaborating with the Back of House team to maintain a well-organized stock room.
  12. Ensuring compliance with Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
