Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, all the way to onboarding highly qualified professionals, for both contractors and employees. You will be working with international teams and contributing to the success of major projects.

This is a temporary contract with a possibility for extension. You will belong to the TIS recruitment team located in Italy, but work with recruitment of Technicians and Engineers to Mongstad in Norway.

  • Create and publish job ads on relevant forums.
  • Maintain a speedy recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Screen and source candidates suitable for our roles.
  • Liaise with the Nordic HR team regarding contracts and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The person we are looking for:

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Understanding of the Norwegian labor laws and work permit process.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial, construction, or energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
