We currently employ close to 120 people and are present in multiple locations around the world. Our services continue to grow in demand, and we are looking to expand our sales team in Stavanger with an associate level sales resource that is eager to develop their career in sales and business development within the O&G sector.
Job DescriptionThis role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced sales team, gain valuable industry knowledge, and contribute to Føn's commercial success. As an Associate Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and execution of a commercial strategy for the Oil & Gas sector.
- Identifying and engaging with potential clients, pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assisting in customer engagement efforts, including lead generation, sales prospecting, and preparing proposals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor service offerings to meet customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field (relevant experience may compensate for education).
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Norwegian is an advantage).
- A team-oriented mindset with a drive to contribute to commercial growth.
