Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Upper-intermediate Norwegian (B2) and fluent English (C1) for both verbal and written communication.">
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.">
  • Strong computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and 90% accuracy.">
  • A positive attitude, being optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated with a strong focus on problem-solving.">
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.">
  • Flexibility to work varied shift hours and adapt quickly to changing priorities.">
  • A clean criminal record and willingness to participate in a background check during the recruitment process.">
