About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Application and Cloud to join our team at 1X Technologies AS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud-based applications, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using multiple programming languages, including C++, Python, Java, Rust, and Golang.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Lead the management, optimization, and security of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our hardware products.
  • User Interface Development: Develop and improve user interfaces for our applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Technical Leadership: Take on varied roles and tasks as needed, demonstrating technical expertise and a can-do attitude.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C++, Python, Java, Rust, and Golang.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud applications serving thousands of customers and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IAC): Experience with IAC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Preferred Qualifications
  • User Management Systems: Experience with user management systems.
  • Frontend Development: Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, and other frontend technologies.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines and runners.
  • Networking and Edge Computing: Familiarity with a wide range of networking protocols, topologies, and architectures and their secure implementation, as well as edge computing and its applications in IoT or other hardware products.
