About the Job

We are looking for a Biostratigraphy Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Subsurface division, you will be responsible for contributing to pre-well input, managing communication with external contractors and internal staff, and taking an active part in integration with other subsurface disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have an MSc or PhD in Industrial Biostratigraphy, with 3+ years of relevant experience working with Micropalaeontology and/or Palynology.

  • Work on diverse tasks within biostratigraphy towards both Oil and Gas exploration / production and Low Carbon business needs on Norwegian Continental Shelf as well as other locations worldwide.
  • Take an active part in integration with other subsurface disciplines, presenting and reporting both internally and externally (to assets, partners and NPD).

The successful candidate will be trained in professional agile methodologies and have strong collaboration and communication skills.
